The Autumn Term clubs for all Years Reception to Year 6 will begin on Monday 30th September 2024.  The Clubs being offered this term are shown on the accompanying timetable and are offered in their own free time by the staff team at Priory.

We are able to offer a great range of clubs this term.

To begin with, children can choose a maximum of 3 clubs, although we may not be able to offer all of them to every child who requests a place. We will allocate everyone with a 1^st choice before we allocate 2^nd choices. We will then allocate 3^rd choices if there are spaces remaining. Please place a number 1, 2 or 3 next to each of the choices you make, to show which order you would like them to be allocated to your child.

All club replies should be handed in to the school office. We cannot guarantee a club will be allocated if the reply arrives after the return date 20/09/24. If your child is absent from school, please make other arrangements to return the form by the closing date to avoid disappointment.  Please do not leave replies in book bags or hand to members of staff.

As spaces in all clubs are limited, first choice preferences will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. As you can appreciate this is the only fair way to assign places.

After school clubs will finish at 4.15pm and children will be dismissed by a member of staff from the main entrance at that time. Can we please ask that children are collected promptly from their club.  Twilight will continue to the end of term as usual even though other Clubs will have finished. The final week of clubs this term will be the week beginning Monday 18th November.

As ever we will do our utmost to accommodate the children with their choice of clubs, but please make your child aware that they may not be successful, as some clubs are very popular!

A lunchtime opportunity for children to read will be available every day. Children do not need to sign up to attend this but can simply turn up and join in.
